PLEASE READ THIS TERMS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY, AS THEY CONTAIN IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, OBLIGATIONS, AND REMEDIES. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ANY OF THE TERMS OF SERVICE, YOU MUST NOT USE (OR MUST CEASE TO CONTINUE USING) THIS SITE OR OUR SERVICES.

1. Introduction

Welcome to the Sentex.xyz platform (“Sentex”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Sentex, including its Telegram Mini App (https://t.me/solex_ai_bot), web version (https://app.sentex.xyz), and iOS and Android applications (collectively, the “Service”).

The Service is owned and operated by Solex Limited, a company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands (company number 2110566) (“Solex”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing, subscribing to, or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using the Service.

Our Privacy Policy and other applicable policies are incorporated into these Terms. If a conflict arises between these Terms and a specific policy, the policy shall prevail.

2. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.

• Have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.

• Not be restricted by sanctions, embargoes, or applicable laws in, or introduced by, the British Virgin Islands, the European Union, the United States, the United Kingdom, the United Nations, or any relevant jurisdiction or international organisation.

If you act on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that company to these Terms. If Solex later determines that you lack such authority, you personally accept full responsibility for all obligations under these Terms.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration and Security

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. When creating an account, you must:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.

• Keep your login credentials secure.

• Notify Sentex immediately of any unauthorised access or security breaches.

You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your account. Solex is not liable for unauthorised account use, but you may be held responsible for losses resulting from it.

3.2 Account Termination

Solex may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms.

• Your account is linked to fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.

• Solex is legally required to do so.

Termination may result in the permanent deletion of all associated data.

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

4.1 Subscription Options

Sentex operates on a subscription basis, offering, among others:

• Access to exclusive support.

• Higher rewards for correct predictions.

• Reduced penalties for infrequent activity.

• Synchronisation between Telegram and web versions.

Subscription plans and their benefits are detailed within the Service.

4.2 Payment Methods

• Payments are accepted in Telegram Stars and TON in the Telegram version and in TON and SOL in other versions of Sentex.

• Sentex may introduce payments in fiat currencies and/or cryptocurrencies or tokens at a later stage.

• By subscribing, you authorise Sentex to process payments via your chosen method available on the relevant version of the Platform.

4.3 Renewals and Cancellations

• Subscriptions do not renew automatically.

• Once a billing cycle ends, your subscription expires unless renewed manually.

4.4 Refund Policy

• All payments are final and non-refundable.

• Refunds will not be provided for non-compliance with these Terms or for changes in your circumstances.

5. Compliance with Sanctions, AML, and CTF Laws

5.1 User Responsibilities

By using the Service, you confirm that you:

• Are not subject to any sanctions, embargoes, or restrictions under applicable laws.

• Are not acting on behalf of any sanctioned country, entity or individual.

• Comply with all applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) laws.

5.2 Soelx’s Rights

Sentex may:

• Suspend or terminate access if there is reasonable suspicion of violations.

• Conduct due diligence and require additional identity verification.

• Refuse service if you fail to provide requested information.

6. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Activities

By using the Service, you agree not to:

• Use the Service for fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.

• Distribute false, misleading, or harmful content.

• Harass, impersonate, or threaten others.

• Reverse engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the Service.

Violations may result in account suspension, termination without refund or prosecution.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, including text, graphics, and software, is the property of Solex or its licensors. You may not:

• Reproduce, republish, or share any Sentex content without permission.

• Use Sentex’s or Solex’s trademarks, trade names, other intellectual property or branding without authorisation.

8. Service Availability and Modifications

Sentex strives to maintain continuous availability but does not guarantee uptime. We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service.

• Change subscription plans or pricing, with prior notice.

9. Third-Party Services and Links

Sentex may integrate with third-party services (e.g., financial data providers). Solex is not responsible for:

• The accuracy, reliability, or availability of third-party content.

• Any damages resulting from interactions with third-party services.

10. Beta Services

Sentex may release Beta Services for testing. By participating, you acknowledge that:

• Beta Services may not function correctly.

• Sentex may track usage data for improvements.

• Solex reserves the right to modify or discontinue Beta Services at any time.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solex:

• Is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• Limits total liability to the subscription fees paid by the relevant user of the Service in the preceding 6 months.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Solex harmless against claims, damages, and losses resulting from:

• Your use of the Service.

• Your breach of these Terms.

• Your violation of any third-party rights.

13. Amendments to Terms

Solex reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.

• Changes will take effect upon posting.

• You will be notified of material changes via the Service and/or by email.

• Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands.

• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the British Virgin Islands courts.
